Newest team member, lead conversion superstar, sales and call center extraordinaire, this month we are shining a spotlight on Lisa Lachowsky. San Diego native and mom of 5 Lisa brings her 15 years of experience to InteliKINECT with specialist knowledge in home services, Solar, and financial services. This communications ninja has a skill on the phone that will have leads laughing and converting in the blink of an eye. She has quickly become a key asset and we are excited to get to know her.

Describe what you do. In this program we have leads coming in for each of our accounts. My job is to connect with those leads on behalf of our clients, confirm their interest or prequalify them and either make a sale, transfer the lead to a sales team or get them scheduled. The goals is to schedule as manny leads as we can using exceptional customer service and sales techniques to get the best results.

What makes you good on the phone? I learned a skill a long time ago that makes a big difference on calls. I smile because it changes the sound of your voice and lifts the tone to create a pleasant experience. People can hear a smile in your voice. I hope it’s contagious.

What is your biggest challenge? You can’t win them all so when it comes to contacting leads if I can’t get them converted or scheduled it feels like a failure. I have learned to take the feeling of failure and use it as motivation for the next contact and that helps keep me motivated to keep moving forwards!

What do you enjoy about being in sales? I am a habitual pleaser. I take a lot of time to make sure everyone’s needs are met, that the people we speak to are happy with the level of customer service and that our clients are satisfied with our programs and outcomes.

What have you learned from being in your role? Customer service is the number one priority. Everything else is just a walk in the park.

Finish the sentence. When I am on vacation… I like to be the life of the party!

What was the last book you read? This is Me Letting Go by Heidi Priebe. ( or more like listened to on audible )
