Today I met with Brandon and talked about his experience at InteliKinect as our Project Coordinator. He describes his passion for problem solving and analyzing numbers for better outcomes.
Briefly describe what you do all day.
Whether it’s gathering or analyzing it, I would say my general responsibilities revolve around data and how we can utilize that information to become the most efficient business possible. I work on a variety of projects, throughout the different verticals we operate, and love the volatile nature of the projects. One minute I’m researching solutions and different applications, the next I’m determining the data we need to gather to improve our sales cycle.
What’s the best thing about your job?
I never have to do the same thing twice. For a good part of my day, I spend a lot of time problem solving, analyzing, and then trying to make things run smoother.
What’s been one of your proudest moments?
The numbers-focused person I am, would have to say that reaching the mark of 609 clients serviced this past March was my proudest moment. When I was first hired, 10.5 months prior to that, our goal was to evaluate 300.
What do you like to do when you’re not at the office?
Sports. I love any and everything about sports. If I’m not playing it, I’m watching it with some of my buddies. My favorite football team is the Tennessee Titans.
Fill in the blank: I once met…
Steve Young outside the mall with my dad.
What’s the song that best describes your personality?
New Romantics by Taylor Swift. It makes me feel happy and reminds me of when I was in high school with no responsibilities.
What are five words (or less) of advice for others in your profession?
Hard choices, easy life.
