In this week’s Team Spotlight we talked to Ashley about her experience in sales and the modern day call center world. Her motivation to keep learning and never settling is deeply routed in her work ethic!
Briefly describe what you do all day.
I ensure all of our campaigns are being run well and I call our accounts to make sure they are being run the way they should be. I also do a lot of prospecting for new clients as well as lead prospects through the sales funnel so that we can help our clients close their leads.
What’s the best thing about your job?
The best part about my job is that there is always room for improvement. Whether it’s in sales, or technology, or even documentation, I am always learning. It’s nice to know that I can always get better at something and always strive for something greater. The atmosphere at InteliKinect easily allows me to grow!
What’s been one of your proudest moments working at inteliKINECT?
I was able to step up as an account manager. This was really exciting for me because I got to take on a lot more work and more responsibilities.
What do you like to do when you’re not at the office?
I love being outside so I try to go to the beach as often as I can. I have two adorable puppies that I love with all my heart and I like going outside so they have room to play around! I love the beach, wine, and puppies.

Barefoot Blue Jean Night by Jake Owen. It’s a carefree and summery song and it perfectly describes the reason why I moved to California!

Focus on positives, stay confident.
