Team Spotlight - 7 Questions with Joanna Loughran

In our inaugural edition of team spotlight, I sat down with Joanna Loughran, Director of Business Development for inteliKINECT to learn more about her experience with the team and what’s important to her. In her three years here, Joanna has played a key role in leading the firm’s efforts to deliver strong, measurable results for our clients. She’s excited to see how our programs will continue to grow and to do her part in finding new, innovative ways to help future clients achieve their goals and objectives.

Here’s what Joanna had to say during our Q&A:

Briefly describe what you do all day.

I’m all about connecting with our clients. I’m always communicating back-and-forth, ensuring that we’re meeting their objectives. Apart from that, I spend a lot of time making sure the rest of the team have everything they need to succeed in their roles.

What’s the best thing about your job?

Problem solving. I love being able to tell clients that we’ve got this - that we are their solution.

What’s been one of your proudest moments working at inteliKINECT?

The first time I successfully pitched our program to a big marketing company was really exciting. But the real pride is in our day-to-day operations. I love seeing clients’ excitement when we report our progress. It’s great that I get to show them that we’re getting high contact and conversion rates for their business.

What do you like to do when you’re not at the office?

I teach dance!

Fill in the blank: I once met…

George Bush(es) - both of them.

What is the song title that describes your personality?

Happy

What are five words (or less) of advice for others in your profession?

Operations - but let me expand on that. You must always collaborate with people that have a different skill set than you. That’s how you develop good operational processes, and that’s critical in our business.
