Briefly describe what you do all day.

Day-in day-out it’s been different stuff. That’s what I really like about my experience here, I feel like I’ve done a little bit of everything and learned a little bit of everything. But that doesn’t mean I didn’t have long-term projects. Even though day-to-day I’d be doing something different, I’d still have something substantial to “anchor” me to the job.

What’s the best thing about your job?

The little successes. The nature of what I’ve been doing means I don’t really get “big wins” like other disciplines might. When I see an excerpt I wrote get picked up by HARO, or solid engagement with a blog post, that’s what makes my day.

Also, the location. I literally live 5 minutes walk from the office. It’s been great waking up 15 minutes before work and still coming in on time!

What’s been one of your proudest moments working at inteliKINECT?

Checking Google Search Console after making my “6 Predictions for the Future of Call Centers and Lead Conversion” blog post. Impressions went up over 500% and stayed there for a couple of weeks. It was really cool seeing something I wrote actually make a difference in how we were ranking. To anybody who’s been reading my posts, thank you, I wouldn’t have my moment without you!

What do you like to do when you’re not at the office?

I’m a huge music nerd. Both production and consumption (keep a lookout for my soundcloud plug).

Fill in the blank: I once met…

Tyga - when he performed in Hong Kong. Great guy, surprisingly funny.

What’s the song that best describes your personality?

Level Up - Rexx Life Raj - graduating from college and entering the workforce this year feels like “levelling up”. I’ve been so focused on professional development for the past couple months, I’ve nearly internalized this song.

What are five words (or less) of advice for others in your profession?

Just write. Every day.
